Job Responsibilities :
- Establish and monitor both paid and organic digital marketing strategies
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, and social media.
- Develop policies and procedures related to the digital marketing plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing activities.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create digital campaign and promotion concepts, managing budget planning, implementation schedule, and reporting.
- Analyse and improve conversion, and traffic across digital marketing
- Create a digital campaign(s) and managing digital marketing budget to meet the objectives(Ads & SEO)
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Experienced in managing both paid and organic digital marketing: SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns.
- Experienced in improving conversion rate, customer growth, social media engagement, and ROI through digital marketing.
- Good understanding of content and design with an excellent track record of online sales
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Master the SEO, SEM & Social Media Ads tools
- Strong analytical skills in Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and social tools
- Master the knowledge of using digital tools
